Stopping cold turkey
« on: August 27, 2025, 02:20:47 PM »
I've pushed myself to go weeks months and a year without readings. For the past 2 years I've been getting them here and there. And I've realised none of them have been helpful. I'm no longer ever going to get a reading again. Even free ones. I feel a bit late, like I'm 26. I wish I could have said "I stopped at 22" but I didn't. I let readings take over the best years of my life.

Give yourself grace. We've all been there. it takes practice to not get readings when our anxiety acts up. It's good that you have come to a place where you've realized this isn't doing you good any longer and you are going to take actions to fix it. Good for you!

Thank you xxx it's other people judging me and getting frustrated with me, not understanding it's a real addiction, as real as alcohol or gambling, and something we take at our own pace ♥️
