Good empath?

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but can anybody recommend a good Empath? Somebody who is accurate and is very good at picking up on people's thoughts, intentions and direction in which things are going? Thank you!

Based on my experience, I think Karen Jo is pretty good and Lady Persephone.
