The Keen site is working extremely well lately. The whole platform has improved and kept up with security so data seems to be safe. Anyone with a thought to share about it on here?

Agreed! Calls don't connect or they disconnect mid-sentence, getting re-directed to advisors you didn't call, connection fees-the platform has been a disaster for quite some time and gotten way worse this past year.

What do you think, sai? Keen employee infiltrators?.....

Can you elaborate? What experiences made you feel it "is working extremely well"? What led you to make the conclusion that "data SEEMS to be safe"? Are you stating that before the whole platform was improved, the site did not keep up with security and the data was leaking and NOT safe?

I hate the new interface, I can’t even find my where the mail portion is while using keen on my iPhone. It also makes me update it a lot which is annoying. I liked the old interface better. Psychics also do suck too lol

the updated app is stupid! how did they get rid of mail!? as someone who works in tech, their designers aren't thinking strategically. they should have also added ping to the app. this new app will inevitably force me to just use keen on safari. apps are meant to streamline experiences especially since they are a concerted download. if your app sucks, you should not even have one and just keep a mobile optimized site.
