YW!

The only one I mention in the forum on Keen is Lotus Blossom. She's very open and friendly, but never sugarcoats. She'll tell you straight up if something isn't going to work out. In the way back, the majority of advisors told me that I was going to marry this guy I was super stuck on. She was the only one that said nope. He's not your guy. I was shocked and mad at her, but she was right. He actually ended up moving across the country for work with zero consideration for me. Yikes!

Judging by the lack of responses, I guess there aren't a lot of brutally honest  , no sugarcoat readers on Keen.
Thank you Jackie!

I personally wouldn't go for readers that comes off as "most brutally honest, no sugarcoat readers " because they can give you bad news in the name of being "honest." Ive had many readers who gave me bad news (hes not ready to commit, there's a 3rd party, etc) and they weren't correct at all. On top of that, they would preach and say "im just being honest with you." it's like your gfs giving you advice. I don't need to pay for this. I can get this pep talk for FREE.

My go-to reader is CP's Lillian.  She has specifically pinpointed name initials for me. She has also told me my poi hung out with someone when we weren't talking. She told me what she saw - the good, the bad, and the ugly. I know this reader works for me so I stick with her.

I felt Kisha was brutally honest. Well, she was not brutal about it, but she wasn't a sugar coater either. Aside from her, I actually had a reading with someone new yesterday morning and she was indeed brutally honest. She was brutal about it for sure. However, I wouldn't recommend reading with her because she will keep you on the phone for nearly an hour or so talking about herself and you end up only getting 5 minutes or less of an actual "reading". So I won't bother mentioning her name here and I'm not going to leave details as to what she said to me either because of the stalker I have here on this forum. If you're curious, you can private message me. Blessings to everyone!

True both can be wrong, but I would much rather a brutal no sugar coat reader over a fairytale reader, which most by far are.  I find that the fairytale readers tell you what you want to hear, maybe because they are afraid you will leave them a poor review if they make you anxious.  I would rather be prepared to get hurt than forever be hanging on to  the hope that something that is gone or never was will in time be mine.

I think this post has huge fallacy

I wish you guys would understand “brutally honest” doesn’t mean accurate either.

Both fairytale and brutally honest can still be wrong

You have a great both. Both can be wrong. Just because someone tells us what we do not want to hear doesn't make it true. I think us humans are more inclined to believe the bad things will happen but have a hard time believing the good things will happen. Why is that? I ask myself all the time and for me it's because of bad past experiences that created trust issues for me in general.

I think it's a trauma response based on past experiences. And we utilize such forums like this to help us navigate through those negative thoughts by actively looking for positive reassurance and reading people's positive experiences. This helps calm subconscious fear and anxiety.
