It is fine. Theyre scared because Yona is their last thread of hope. But she is just harming herself in holding onto her words with this intensity. She'll find out when she finds her poi married and with a child having not had a single thought about her in years. And at that point she'll be more torn than she would have been had she just coped healthily.
