Deleting reviews?

I had been reading with advisor for quite some time and they have been really wrong about some things and timelines. I noticed someone finally posted a negative review and it got 10 thumbs up… then the review disappeared. How does keen do this? Also, keep in mind an advisor may have lots of positive reviews because of people like me who are afraid to upset the advisor because they like the fairy tale they are being fed….

So some more context is needed… certain limits or perimeters need to be established, and it’s not in any order but …
Timing: did the the review fall under over a year. Reviews get deleted exactly 1 yr to the date. Anything before Feb 2025 it now gets deleted.

Harassment: if the reviews falls under name calling, profanity, bullying. But…Usually those reviews get deleted immediately within a few days.

10 approvals that they agree- I seen never that many!  my guess the review fell under some kind of criticism like: I’m just trying to give an honest reviews and hate keen, or timing where it’s been over a year

Other than that I suspect keen, bitwine, CP, etc have some kind of Hail Mary/pass go collect $200 monopoly skip jail card and are able to delete - a certain amount of reviews per season.

 But honestly… those are my guesses and assumptions given the context
