Nice guy to talk to, very easygoing, sounds like he comes from a customer service background. Not sure if he's psychic but he gives good advice and doesn't just blow you off. I like him.

Used the Chat feature. He answered one question in 7 minutes. I ended the chat and asked for a refund.

I had my first reading with him the other day.  He's actually accurate. And I noticed when he's trying to understand what he's seeing he'll ask you instead of making things up as he goes.  He does take a while in chat, next time I'll call.
