It's definitely best to request appointment s. I usually request multiple different ones and hope one works with her. It's way faster than staying in line.

In Keen (from mobile site), click on ‘Arrange Call’. On the confirmatio n page (where it says you’re number XX in line, approx wait time, talk time, and your phone number) there’s a Request an Appointment link under the ‘Arrange Call’ button.
