Update: I called Customer Service back and found out I was not blocked. However, to use my monthly $25/10 minutes all I could do with her is chat.
I don't feel she was detailed enough to be worth my time. I thanked her for the reading because she gave me general reassurance but I would have wanted more details. Her timeline was incredibly vague after I asked her repeatedly to narrow it down.
Also, I started the reading with "I've tried to get a hold of you on phone" and instead of her launching into the reading she went onto a blurb about herself having a 4 min break in between phone calls and even though I already asked her my question, she asked "How may I help you?" All over again!

Do I really need to KNOW her personal break when I am paying by the minute here?
