People in general assume that thoughts will be followed by certain actions.

Thank you guys! :) this is what I was getting at. Because I obviously think of him a lot and sometimes think I should contact him but I don’t because I know contact coming from me won’t make him see what he did. So maybe he’s just doing the same; thinking and not contacting
