Seriously your paying its your reading... Absolutely you should be able to record. Where it is illegal I guess you won't be able to use it in a court of law against someone or share it.

Invasion of privacy. I'm not going to argue what the laws are. People can google and think what they want. I deal with these things day in and day out and I'm not going to argue what can and cannot be done on an online messageboar d.
