I haven't been calling for a while and I just got a message from the VP of Keen thanking me for my loyalty and gave me $25 free minutes!  lol   Why couldn't they have given this to me when I was in the height of my addiction? The problem here is I have NO desire to use this money and call these people. :(

Many of the emails were just thank you notes from the VP of Keen. Nothing was offered that I see.
