Bark angel:
This post calls out to me to try to see if there really is a line of thinking that perhaps I see as getting in the way of having our wants and desires. Life is not fair.  People die. Babies are born without limbs.  People starve and suffer across the globe.  Calling a psychic does not ensure pure idyllic happiness - flowers, and stars and butterflies.  We call to ask a psychic is such and such a person will be in our lives.  if there were problems before, why would you expect that those problems would not exist in the future? What is that phrase, "careful what you wish for"?  Why do we think that if a prediction is made for us to reunite with a loved one that it will be all flowers and stars and butterflies?  Maybe concessions are to be made to fashion a life with an ex.  Maybe patience is required.  Maybe it isn't going to be easy.  Maybe, just maybe our expectations get in the way of predictions manifesting in the way we expect.  I have never had a trusted advisor tell me it will be stars and butterflies.  If you replay readings from trusted advisors (ones that are really ethical) you will often hear it come out loud and clear...."you may not want what you want today"; "you may find this isn't all that it appears"; "you will have to take it slow", "it will take time"; "forgiveness is required".  Why do we get readings from psychics and expect a "fairytale ending".  Life often doesn't present everyone a fairytale.

Maybe, just maybe an ex would return still not ready and a life with him would require some compromise. Maybe, just maybe one needs to heed the phrase, "careful what you wish for".

AND a gifted reader should see, yes, he'll return but he'll still have the existing issues and it won't be in your best interest to take him back. What was bstalling supposed to do? Settle?! No way!!! She did the right thing, and I agree that the prediction is wrong if she was told she'd end up with him.

Btw, at one point when C came back around I did start thinking that maybe some readers were right and only the timeframe was off. I called Kisha and she said he'd only want sex, still isn't ready for something serious, blah blah blah. She was right. He only wanted sex. Just because he eventually came back around doesn't mean all the other readers were right. They were all wrong. He didn't and doesn't want to be with me. I'm supposed to "wait" for him to be ready? He never may be! Forget that!

The only reason I disagree with this view is because I have had readers say this person will be back but he will not be ready for what you want, or will not be in the state you need him to be in, or whatever else pointing to the fact that it will not work out. I know gifted psychics exist and there are those who have seen such scenarios.

I do agree, and have always said, that we need to be objective with out readings and accept our own responsibility and control over situations. This is exactly why readings cannot and should not be taken as reality. I've always said it's a best guess, a conjecture, a probability. The thing is many if not most of these readers give these ultimate outcomes that are impossible because of what's happening behind the scenes. They should at least see the here and now. This is why I now get readings focused on the PRESENT. Even then, many are wrong.

If a man isn't with you, there's a reason. Love yourself enough to accept that and move on. I speak only for myself but many of my own issues are due to low self esteem. I always wonder what is wrong with me. Why did this man leave me for someone ugly, morally corrupt, etc etc. I focus on that and want answers. The heart wants what it wants and sometimes it simply doesn't make sense and there aren't any answers. Psychic readings perpetuate the sadness and loneliness. They don't help.

That said, I like getting readings. It fills a void for me. I wait for the day I no longer have to fill that void. I know it will come because I've stopped with readings before. I just need to get there. This place helps me to an extent because there's comfort in knowing I'm not alone.

Bark, why be a member here if this is how you feel? Why come here and suck the life out of the forum if you are not participating, sharing predictions that have manifested and failed?  Selfish reasons? I think so.

--- Quote from: Bark angel on March 29, 2014, 08:16:42 AM ---Bella,
I have indicated that predictions have happened for me.  Unless I give the nitty gritty details on the forum you doubt what I say, but there is no way in hell that I would ever share those details on a forum like this because there are people on here (and believe me I sense you are part of that group) that love to dispel any theory or experience I have had.  Sorry but that is my impression. It has been my impression for a long time and those people that I have had the pleasure of speaking with off this forum know that I have had things predicted by a couple of trusted psychics that have materialized.  Note that I say multiple predictions by multiple advisors.  I do not need to say more.

Unfortunately, the naysayers will not accept my word.  But that is their problem.

--- Quote from: Bella on March 28, 2014, 09:07:23 PM ---That's just it Bark....YOU don't share at all...Why don't you share if a prediction happened or not?  You don't have to reveal telling details....I may be wrong, but I don't recall a post from you ever saying that something happened....Why aren't you posting things that happened?  (again, not revealing details)

Why are you saying it's a witch hunt, when all I am asking is for you to post a positive prediction happening, or any prediction for that matter, actually happening....why not give this board the  positivity that seems to be lacking...?  why not post of YOUR experiences?  I don't understand that, as when anyone posts of their negative readings/experiences you just pick it apart, implying they didn't read with reputable readers or timing or their own wrong doings....

And I honestly mean it, I would love to hear something happening for someone here...Why don't you post?  I don't care how small a thing it is...why not post it?

It's not an attact on you Bark...really it isn't..it's an honest question is all.

To be told that he is "working through some issues" or "worried that he doesn't make enough to make you happy" or some such thing, and to have that followed with "I see you two getting married and living happily" sure does imply that issues will be worked out and he will come back and you will be happy together. No?

BTW do you work in the legal field? The way you phrase your "arguments" sure makes me think so, and makes my head hurt to just read most of your posts.

Sorry about the way I phrase my arguments.  Certainly am not intending to hurt your head.  Frankly, I find that a little bit insulting, but OK.

"I see you getting married and living happily" implies only that or that he eventually, in your case, either makes enough that he feels will make you happy or he realizes that your happiness does not depend upon how much he makes.  What is required for you to achieve that is up to both of you.  I am of the opinion that no relationship is without its ups and downs and compromises.
