Where’s my chat transcript?

I just finished a chat (with Zitta)... How do I find the transcript? Keen makes it so easy...CP, not so much...I remember reading they get deleted after a month or something. But how do I find it? I checked under my account/past readings...it just says “chat with Zitta” and the time...there’s nothing to click on to read our chat. Does it take a while to show up? Thanks in advance!

No it gets deleted after 60 days....there is nothing you can do about it

Next time take a screenshot of your readings :)

I got the app, then screen-shot the reading, then deleted the app!  ;) I find the less apps I have, the better.
