Arrange Call vs. Send Mail

Hello, I recently missed an arrange call while I was a work. Now for the advisor it just says Send Mail instead of Arrange Call but the advisor is busy. Why is that?

Because they logged in and started taking calls through their queue. They don't want their line getting longer while they're online this time so they've stopped accepting more callers in the queue.
