They do, but you need to one star the reader and email them asap....I think it's like 48 hours or so. Go to customer satisfactio n to email them (or satisfactio n guarantee it might be called) and just explain why you want the refund. Sometimes, I've had to email them a few times. Usually they're quick with refunding so if it's more than a few hours, email them again. Better to do that than not get your money back.
