I want to close the loop on this topic.
The recent outages were caused by server resource limitations at the database level. Those issues have now been addressed. The database has been fully stabilized, memory allocations increased, and monitoring systems put in place to prevent recurrence.
We do not anticipate continued downtime related to the prior issue.
Thank you to everyone who has remained patient while the technical upgrades were completed.
