Title: Keen/Refunds?

Does anyone know if Keen offers refunds if you are not happy with a reading?

They do, but you need to one star the reader and email them asap....I think it's like 48 hours or so. Go to customer satisfactio n to email them (or satisfactio n guarantee it might be called) and just explain why you want the refund. Sometimes, I've had to email them a few times. Usually they're quick with refunding so if it's more than a few hours, email them again. Better to do that than not get your money back.

Call there customer service number 1-877-533-6435. They will refund immediately up to $25 and if the call is within 72 hrs. Also you get one refund every 30 days.

Just hope for a good customer service person, the last time we called, the guy we got was a jerk.
