I put this as a separate topic because, for me, manifesting and religion go hand-in-hand. I know not everyone believes this, and I respect everyone's beliefs, but I am just 'putting it out there'. All the books about manifesting: The Secret, Our Invisible Power, etc, are based on what has already been written, only its been put into modern language, and somewhat 'bastardized'. The main difference being they took out God, and replaced it with 'Universe".
Anyway, regardless, here are a few passages that may help someone manifest, as I know they've helped me:
John 15:7:
"If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you."
Mark 11:23 & 24:
"Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea', and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it shall be granted him. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they shall be granted you."
Jeremiah 29:11-13:
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
The above passages say it clearly - to BELIEVE that we already received what we want the moment we asked, BELIEVE without doubt, and to ask with a sincere heart, NOT give up hope - remain faithful that we will have what we ask. Blind faith.
