Title: My story: How to spot the good, bad, frauds and scammers
Post by: beestingz on April 02, 2026, 09:47:18 PM
Yo! Long-time lurker who just got approved. Super happy. First off, I have had an addiction to psychics since I was 19. It's an issue, but oh well. I have used and spoken to 100s of psychics so I do consider myself an expert when it comes to judging good, bad, great, and scamming. When I use the word psychic please keep in mind I also mean tarot readers, I just don't feel like differentiating them in this post. Also, I do not use mediums, do spells or channelers. The reason? I do believe in spiritual warefare, karam and privacy. I don't want to know what is going on on the other side while I am still alive. IMO once that door is open, who knows and I don't want to. If someone who is on the other side has something to say I will feel it through energy, signals and signs. Keep in mind, I am also a natural intutive and my grandmother was a psychic. She did not tap into her powers or whatever because she was a religous catholic. I do not either because I am too lazy and I judt don't feel like it. Lol. Friends ask me things and sometimes I will tell them but it is just something I care to do or dabble into also it is draining and zaps you. I use psychics to confirm what I already know 75% of the time and fill in the blanks 15%. I don't use channeling or spells for a few reasons. I don't want to invade someone privacy and also, channelling is a momentary snapshot, as is remote viewing. it is just not something I care about. Spells I think are wrong and manipulative to use on other people. Let life life sometimes and don't force it. Below is a list of spotting fakes and also my criteria for choosing a reader.

Also, this has spelling and grammar issues and idc. sorry but I am tired and dont feel like dealing with it.

1. There is never ever going to be a psychic that can get things 100% of the time. It just won't happen. I'd say your strongest bet is 90%, maybe 95% but that's pushing it.
2. They should not need your birthday or your POIs birthday. I don't give it. Nor will I give them a sign or any of it.
3. Timing is not something to hold on to. Why? If you are asking about other people, they have their own lives and interferences so if someone says he will text in 2 weeks, it could happen but likely it'll be off. What they are saying to you is "I see it happening soon". I stopped asking. I just ask if it will happen. If the intention is there, that's what matters because likely it aligns with what the person is telling me.
4. Do not read on a situation that has not changed more than once.
5. Do not answer questions like, when is the last time you spoke, how was it seeing him the last time, we got in a fight... nothing leading. Just ask more fluid questions like "how are they feeling right now" "will they commit".. things that like.
6. Read the 1-3 star reviews to get an understanding of why they have those ratings.
7. If they have a 5 star review from the same person over and over again, skip it.
8. Any psychic that is overly negative is usually doing that because most of the time yes, what you want to happen wont, but there is a psychic on keen who I can not stand because she uses her approach as truth when in reality she is negative so she can seem accurate
9. also, try not to let a reading change your behavior towards what it is that you want. That can impact your outcome. Sometimes frauds will assess vulnerability and how much you spend with them. If you seem easily influenced they may say things to clue into your behvaior which will favor the outcome and come back to them.
10. if a psychic that you are paying for is not answering your question but instead giving you advice ask them to stop. unless you want it.
11. Any psyhcic that psychoanalyzes your POI without you being a regular cusomter is a fraud and likely just good at reading people, nt energy
12. Serenity Guideance will hang up on you if she does not feel a connection because she wants to keep her 5 star rating. I have complained to keen and reported it. She does this because if she sees a bad outcome she does not want people to bash her. It's f'd up imo and can really hurt espeically if she is rude.
13. Any of the psychics that have weird titles like "ashley knows your man" or whatever, is a fake. dont do it.
14. Prices should not be above like 8$ bucks imo. even that's too high.
15. I dont usually ask about work as I find those predictions very rarely manifest and I think it's because there is way too much energy around it.
16. The readers who use numbers are too much for me. Like they see a 6 and a 2 or some shit... not my thing. too complicated
17. Please practive free will. if a reader says something that does not make sense do not hold it as truth and discern for yourself.

That's all for now.

This is a very good list!

I especially agree with reviews and why someone would give a low rating. Sometimes no low rating of any kind is unusual and I take that as a red flag just because you’re bound to have at least one unhappy client.

I also like to avoid any advisors who are nonstop online. Like, it clearly is some recycled profile that multiple people use just to generate $$$.
Also, profiles with AI generated photos. Please. A supermodel with crystal blue eyes and halo around the head? Yeah ok.

Agree on the DOB of people involved. I’ve seen readers ask me even for my birthplace and current address. Seriously want my Ssn too?

Any readers that ask you to leave a feedback DURING YOUR PAID session. Absolutely not.
Any reader that says bs like ‘spirit shows that you two lived multiple past lives together’. Non verifiable bogus claims. Just to mess with your head. Run.

Readers who claim ‘he’s your soulmate /twinflame’ ugh run. No.

Any reader that goes on with this ‘energy changes’ bs. So do my socks and underwear every day but as a psychic you should see the outcome of at least dynamics of the future events come on now
