But it helped me understand how I’ve been putting myself in shame cycle with psychics and partners BUT then judge myself. There is meditation that is not for the weak, you have to pick something that won’t have you spiral. But this is long explanation that has helped me be kinder to myself and why it deeply matters. This is one explanation of guilt and shame, but I found it very helpful.
My intention is that maybe this may help someone when you’re about to call or feel dysregulated from calling. Why taking a moment to be kind and have compassion for yourself matters.
