Title: Keen: How to find a Reader's Multiple Listings

Hi Everyone,

As of a couple of months ago, you could go into a reader's listing, click on their name and get a list of all of their listings.
Recently, I've not been able to do that.  Has anyone else had that experience? 
If so, have you discovered any work arounds?

I haven't figured out a workaround.
