not to mention it's crazy expensive too...If I'm going to use PO at all, i will just use the three min reading deal...I used to use the chat option but that was just as bad as bitwine/keen lol.

I really like the live video option because I think you get a much better connection with the advisor and they with you. I usually take advantage of this option when they have there half-price specials. Right now I'm a beta tester for a phone call option which I really like also. I hope they had it as a future for all the advisors.

I tried it when I believe it was being tested- pretty awesome, but I noticed the prices have increased..

I like the voice call, I feel like I'm able to talk about more- typing can be slow at times, so it's nice to get the immediate response, but just a little too pricey..

My issue with phone chat is that unless you are record it there is no way to go back and make sure you fully understood the reading. Last thing i want to do is be taking notes while i am getting a reading.
