Honestly, Keen tries everything to rib us off...
they send us offers...

Ya you can do seamless pay but if you try to add funds it has to be minimum 10 bucks..

I think paying over the phone is dangerous... I like to add before the call... I want to put my own limits...

You can add before the call. Just dial 800-275-5336 enter your pin..press 4 for your account info then add.

I did the new option - get billed after chat/read..I GOT charged another $5.65 don't fallthe trap.they call it seamless pay

I'm confused...when I go to add funds on their site, it doesn't show a minimum. So if I tried to add less than 10 it wouldn't accept the amount?
Correct. You get a red error message telling you the minimum deposit is $10.

I loathe this new rule. It just made me decide not to ask a quick question from somebody I've used a while who is particularly good with this sort of question. Besides which, now it means you can't or won't add just one more minute to get a final answer, at least not for anybody under $10/min. I mean, you could but I won't most likely. I'd bet they're losing money with this.

Shayalay can't you add any amount before you start the chat though? Or is that now a minimum of $10 as well? I know if you want to add to your account in advance it has to be $10 minimum (annoying!!)

I guess in those cases you can do seamless pay. I have used it and I don't think they have charged me any extra for using that.

The problem with seamless pay is that you don't utilize that last minute so you could hang up right at the start of a new minute and be paying for that minute because there's no way to know how much time has elapsed.
