for me she’s given both positive and negative readings but I think most of them are leaning towards neutral.

how is she bad? I thought she’s the best when it comes to what’s going through someone’s mind at this very moment (although it may not be meaningful information because our thoughts could change like the next day)

I don't think she's bad per se but not consistent. I do think she has a talent and most of the time was able to gauge the here and now pretty accurately. Both negative and positive. I never head a problem with her and was able to tolerate her snarkiness but ultimately one day I snapped and told her off and stopped calling because I couldn't take her patronizing and judgmental tone anymore. I think at the core she's a miserable person.
