Funny! I think the only way to keep people honest is to charge a fee and to verify their information if possible. Hearing about that recent scammer will help me prevent fraud and possible theft in the future. For now, I'll only let in a few people per week.
I have another interesting update. The owners of the Complaints Board are out of the country and do not care about anything but money. They are highly unethical to say the least. I asked them to remove the defamation Annie and blessed wrote, and they would not do it. So, then I mentioned getting my attorney involved, and they responded with threats of ddos attacks on my server and other criminal acts of extortion. The owners of that site are hiding behind multiple IPs, false whois, a fake hosting front, etc. They are located somewhere near Latvia and most likely the site is run by some idiot teenagers who have no clue about life - they certainly have no compassion for other humans. That site is ruining so many lives. It's full of lies, defamation, libel, threats, etc. Annie created multiple aliases on there to post the same thing over and over again, pretending to be many people. They didn't do anything about it. They will only remove a post if the original poster asks them to.
I asked them delete all of my posts on their site because I can't support them adding more pages into Google so they can make money from Google Ads now that I know who they really are. They have over 2 Million pages in Google already! It's sad that such horrible people are taking advantage of international law like this. If they were in the U.S., they would be shut down for all the illegal activity. Free speech is one thing, but there are laws that have to be obeyed in the U.S.
If anyone has ever posted on there, you might consider asking them to delete everything and your entire account. I used to think it was a decent place to read and write reviews, but now that I see the owners speak as criminals, I do not support that site any longer.
