Anyone ever “test” a reader?

(1/2) > >>

I’m not sure how ethical this is or if it would change the readers sense of the situation, but has any one asked a question they already undoubtedly know the answer to?
I’m going to be honest I just did this with one of our “favs” on here and man did he get it wrong. Like really, really wrong. Has me questioning everything.

Honest question: if you think psychic readers are fake, why spend your time and money trying to “test” them? Wouldn’t it make more sense to just… not get readings?

_sydney_vicious_:
Yes, I did that with that one Ron guy. I’d been reading with him a few weeks but then it started to feel….too fairy tale-ish so I asked a question I knew the answer to - he failed.

Luckily this was back when he was $5/min instead of whatever he charges now.

Again-it felt off or was off and you spent money to confirm it?

Beans9224:
Yeah I would definitely never waste my money like that, you can usually just tell in the vague responses that there isn’t a connection. I have however asked about a man I felt no connection to and they gave me an answer that aligned without someone else completely. I don’t think there is a way to test the psychic bc they are reading the energy around you and interpreting the messages they see/hear/feel, can’t always associate exactly who it is they are reading about which is why many of us don’t have predictions come to fruition.
