cant change password
« on: January 07, 2025, 10:09:22 AM »
Geez. I have forgotten my psychic review password.  It just fills in automatically , with no option to view it.   I have repeatedly clicked on lost password  to be sent a link to change it and 3 hours later, nothing.  Any help would be so appreciated.  Update:  I assumed I had forgotten it, but i didn't - my password is correct but yet not working.  And still I'm not getting a link.   I feel as though I might be blocked, but I can't imagine why!

Yes and no.   I have found a way in .. lol... But I am unable to log on via the sign in page.  I now know that my password is correct but decided to change it anyway, and yet I still have not received a link to create a new password .  Nor will my password work in the accounts page.
Its very odd.  Either there is something wrong with the system or I have been blocked ( despite my being able to find a way in ) I cant image why though..  It would be great if an administrator would let me know.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I haven't had that happen, but I think many (including myself) can confirm that the site does get wonky from time to time and does crazy things like you're experiencing.

Thank you Jacky.  I am tempted to create a new account but from what I've read, it can take 6 months to get accepted!

Did you do the usual clearing your history and cache and then rebooting?
