Fix the SMF error

Hey, why can't you fix the SMF error; Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database.

It is one thing if a website goes offline for an hour. Even that is a bit dodgy in 2020 but for an entire site to crash for a week makes it seem like it's 1990..
moderators: you need to get this board off of Simple Machine Forums. We are in 2020.

Yep, this is completely ridiculous in this day and age. A website shouldn't have a traffic bottleneck in 2020,, sorry.
