Yeah it's definitely a situation where the server doesn't have the capacity to handle all of the traffic. Could be an issue with storage space, honestly.

Is this an abandoned site? I dont feel like anyone is taking care of it... where are admins? Surely there is a solution...

Definitely not abandoned since the admin has posted a few months back regarding terms of use, removing members with mutiple accounts, and deleting threads. The administrator also needs to approve new members that join the forum, as well, and I'm pretty new. So, someone is monitoring the site to some extent.🤷🏻‍♀️
