Something is Up with Keen

I have been having trouble adding money for two days.  Yesterday they said it was because I was using Master Card - so today when it wouldn't take my card again, I tried to call CS and the recording says they are close for the rest of the day??  In the twelve years I have been calling Keen I have never known CS to be closed on a weekday.

I tried calling back again, and this time the message states they are in a meeting.....I am only having issues adding money online - if I call in my deposit goes through

Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem.
