Keen’s Text Notification

Does anyone else find Keen’s text notifications as useless as me?  Or maybe I misinterpret that when it says 23 minutes, it really means 23 hours? 

aquagirl:
I don't even get texts even though i've signed up for them. It's annoying, i wish i did. Ping doesn't work for me unless i'm on the computer, never comes to my phone.
