Different charges for members?

Does anyone know if keen charge every user the same rate?

A friend in same Timezone has different rates than me for the same reader? They are new to keen but has anyone else noticed this?

Sometimes there’s different rates for ‘Love and Relationships’ vs ‘Life Questions’ or etc

Also, I have occasionally had an advisor drop their price for me as a returning client. MsLisaM has done this.

This isn't new. Readers can change their rates at will, have multiple listings with various rates, plus, some do offer lower rates for repeat clients.
