Keen Vs CP prices

These are the 2 I use the most... I was looking at prices!  So $15/min seems to be the highest price on CP But there are advisors who are $39.99 per minute on keen.  I mean that is crazy insane!  INSANE!  That is $400 for 10 minutes...  Has anyone spoken to these people?

Not at that price. I'm pretty sure I've talked to some of those overpriced advisors before they cost that much though. And they weren't worth it when they were $5/min either. LOL
