Cookie from Keen - Feeling defeated

Well that doesn't make any sense. If they aren't on Keen or on a platform, there is no incentive to keep callers on the phone, like some are describing.
Keen makes their money by keeping callers on the phone as all platforms do.

The Cookie on Keen is called "Spiritualist Reader"

Yes, I am talking about Spiritualist Reader on Keen aka Cookie. She was my go-to years ago and I called her a lot more than I want to admit. I am giving an honest review of my experience here because she did lead me on.
My experience with readers has taught me not to defend or make excuses for psychics. Back in the day, I would be the first to defend Cookie because I loved her future outlook with my then POI. Years later when nothing happened, I realized she just wasn't worth my time or money. If she works for others, that's excellent but I stay as far as I can from her now.

Personally, I am not refuting your review at all but members have confused the Keen Cookie with other Cookies.
Everyone just wanted to be clear it's the Keen Cookie, because everyone seems to have had a different experience with her.
My two readings with her sucked and I find her to be over hyped, so while saying that, even I didn't experience a lot of the stuff you mentioned.
I just told her thank you and hung up the phone and didn't wait to see what she said or to see if she was going to try and drag out the call.
The reality of the psychic situation is that readers can and do read differently for everyone.
The phenomena where a reader gets rave reviews with one and can just be horrible with the next is still something to this day I cannot explain.

I agree. I really wanted Cookie to be accurate for me. At the time I used to call her I was hurting and pretty gullible; in hindsight she did take advantage of me and like you I should have just hung up the phone. Given her no nonsense approach I thought she would be the last one to lead me on.
