You should call into customer support, speak of how horrible they were to you, and get your money back for that.

This. Especially when they're so deadset on being immature penises about it. I once accidentall y put through like 400 dollars into the account. You know when you're in check-out, and you want to get some more information, on the "next page" before paying? Yeah, I thought there would be another chance for that, and I hit the button, and I was like, "Welp." So I got my money back. They worked well with me. And especially in their case, complaining about the advisor, and their immature penis-y tendency; that should be more than enough for the support team to say, "That is NOT okay" and give your money back.
