A 1 on 1 in office reading (1 hour) is $300 and an On Site - 1 on 1 Coffee Coaching [2 hour] whatever the hell that is, is $500??

No, but if you are looking for a regular (i.e. not a medium) reading from someone in NYC, Carmen Harra is excellent.  I got a reading from her around 2006 and she was very good.  She's not cheap but she does have smaller blocks of time that are less expensive than an entire hour.
