I got the same email yesterday.

Yeah, the sites say it's up and it is, it's just intermittently very slow and has been for a few days. It feels like a DDOS attack, things slow to almost not moving for several minutes then suddenly it speeds back up to normal. Obviously it isn't all the servers though.
