It's good to know others' experiences, for better judgement. Yes, I've spoken with Kim....

No wonder why I skipped her while searching on Keen. I thought, let me give her a try. Got a 'black girl attitude' (I'm black BTW). Yes, she's not grateful or warm towards new members, or members who pay for less than five minutes.
