Are any of you NOT in the US or Canada and are able to use the chatback feature? I only have an Australian number and I’m pretty sure I lost my place in the queue due to this :( it didn’t tell me when she was available

I have been number 18 for 2 weeks 😩 I’m stuck at number 2 for a chat, so hopefully the notification comes through
