Sooshi, I had sent an email last year a few times on that address but she never sent one back. I just think she gets busy and doesn't check her emails. I don't even think she checks her keen mails either, I never got a response on that one. Send her couple of appointments and hopefully she can accept one. She has a long line up it doesn't hurt to join the line up and hopefully she will be on soon.
