Have you tried getting readings through Etsy?

@Florallover87 You can use the chat function without a US phone number and I'd think that you can top up your balance in advance too before a chat from your card. Maybe just the seamless pay is not supported with an African bank card? As long as it's Visa or MasterCard, it should be approved though, I'd think.
