Title: why can't I always leave a review on bitwine?

Do some readers stop you from leaving a review. I've noticed even with ones I have got on fine with i cannot. I had one with hayley daniels lake today which she cut short and I still want give a review and cant .

To leave a review you have to have spent a minimum of $10. I believe if you leave a negative review and receive a refund they will then remove your review if i am not mistaken.  Also unfortunately they only give you 14 days to post a review.
