Do CP psychics have access to our chat transcripts?

I know Kasamba has. Once I had deleted some of them and after 1-2 years needed to have them. Sent them an email and they retrieved it. I also asked CP if they record our voice in call readings and they said No, but I am not sure about chat transcripts.
