Every month on the 22nd or 23rd, I get a "special offer" from Keen. Usually it's add $5 and get $10 free or add $10 and get $20 free. I always take the offer and then save the Keen funds for a few months for when I want a reading. Sometimes it's just free cash. I missed the last free cash offer so I thought this is great! Bummer.

I just checked my transaction details. The only thing in my account is $30 from the last add $10 get $20 free promo.

I got the coupon and the "oops" email, but the $25 is still showing up in my account. Maybe because it's a Sunday? We'll see if it's there tomorrow. LOL

I got the coupon and clicked it. Then I got the oops but the $25 is still there. I didn't think they'd remove it once it was claimed. That would reflect poorly on them.

They do send out offers every month, sometimes twice a month. You have to sign up for them via e-mail AND text.

Check your junk mail and spam. They definitely send the offers out at least once a month.

I tried to claim it, but it didn't go into my account so I called customer service... They put it in, and then I got the ooops email after but I still got the $25. You could try calling...

They need to fire whoever is in charge of these emails. This isnt the first it has happened.

I can't figure out any rhyme or reason to how or who they send the free offers out to. There has to be some logarithm they use, whether they figure it's been a while, let's hoover them back in like a bad ex or what. Sometimes I get the offers, sometimes I don't. I know people who spend more that don't get them as frequently as I do but I don't always get the ones that other people do. :-\

I wonder if this is some marketing ploy. I've gotten emails from other sites saying oops, we have extended the sale and the code is still valid or whatever (not like I was going to purchase anyway), but this makes me think the accident wasn't an accident.

Last year they sent out an email saying that you'd get a tote bag if you answered a survey and it was quickly retracted the same way.

It worked for me. I never saw the oops email. It only got sent to one of my Keen email accounts though.. the old one I never use.

Next time share the link. Since these assholes treat us so poorly! I used one link on 4 accounts one time 60$ its the least keen can do for the lack of care they give us clients! Assholes
