with my ex i feel a loss of power and that is what is driving me over the edge. if i had rejected him i wouldnt be feeling this bad. i want him back so that i can take my power back, it may sound bad but i feel powerless at the way it happened and even feel shame.

That's the way most of us feel after being rejected. And NO I am not discounting your feelings and reaction, I am just saying that YES I and I am sure many of us can relate. Calling psychic after psychic is not relate-able to over doing an indulgence such as ice cream. I am by no means judging you I am truly trying to be an honest source of guidance. If you are inciting spirits and tapping in to energies than you have to at some level respect that those properties do not respond to our trivialities as easily as we do, although they are forgiving, just please stop over doing it even if it is against your nature and please try to relax. I suggest reading with tested and trusted advisers that offer different gifts to hopefully help you get to the root of your issue within a respectable period of time. Remember that "psychics" are not a one stop shop. Research their gifts and their meanings so that A. you don't get disappointed with the guidance they offer and B. you actually get your  money and time's worth because you know in advance what your are engaging said psychic for.
