Has Rachel Marie told anyone their POI is their soulmate?

Yes once in an email. As for marriage, yes, it took like years to happen though. She can sugarcoat everything. When she’s wrong she’s super wrong. Like for me, I’m struggling for her to hit prediction-wise lately but when she’s right, she’s damn right.
