Just doing research on what drives a binge or sudden need for a reading. Thank you

Ugh… it’s more than that. Ever hear of acronym of HALT?
Hunger
Anger/anxious
Loneliness
Tired

All play triggers for me but I would say my biggest is CHECKING for SAFETY

CHECKING how is my current reality? No movement? Therefore “CHECKING” for movement, or “reassurance” … it’s the act of just CHECKING - aka looking for any kind of movement when you can’t see any… and in a sense that could also fall with “spirituality”, and faith in the unseen

Sadly, when one studies compulsive behavior this is what I what argue is about

For me it's anxiety. I was tempted to call recently but haven't.
I probably needed a hug and be told it will be OK.   So it's the anxiety and loneliness for me.   Also, I like being in control and you can't always.

I'd still like to speak to a genuine clairvoyant with time frames.    But it's only happened once and  he has retired. I'm not prepared to waste my money any more.

I would like that belief that things will get better and be OK.

Same as Regrets. For me it’s panic, anxiety, no one to talk to.
