Reasonable and not a fairytale.....he was accurate for me in 2021...and recently about something...but now contact (no) and time frames are off..

I have seen him before, but don't know why i never gave him a chance. His prices are reasonable. I've notice advisors on Keen have started raising their prices again.   so its refreshing to see someone who hasn't. Most of these people are pricing themselves out, I noticed some that were crazy busy before are not as much.
