Scammed out of thousands of dollars - help

<< < (2/4) > >>

Oisin16:
So sorry to hear but we have all been there here :/ I also spent thousands of dollars in 2019 asking for some guy I don’t even care anymore.  That is my biggest regret but also I know it was my responsibility and I chose to do it :/

Talking to psychics is a little like taking an emotional pain killer.

“Emotional pain killer” is the right word!

Im So sorry that you lost so much. Like most of us here on this forum, we lost lots of money to our detriment. We knew fully well what we were doing, we accepted the charges, we accepted calls and we accepted the bullsh*t they fed us until we realised most of them are con artist. The sad part is we only come to that realization after the loss, both financially and emotionally. I am grateful for this forum though. It stopped me from calling a lot of psychics because Ive read the reviews here. Thank goodness that you are financially afloat as many have maxed out credit cards just to listen to some lies, including me. I have learnt my lesson though and hope others do as well...

Most platforms have strict rules on the readers against manipulating reviews, and also have it so x amount needs to be spent to even be eligible to leave a review (there are times where I have wished I could leave a negative to warn others, but session was not long enough). When you think about it, it would be really hard, and really expensive to purchase even a small number of reviews. Consider they would have to have a different user account for each review,  and then spend the required amount to have the ability to review. Then in order for that to even have any kind of benefit or boost for the reader, they would have to do that in the hundreds or thousands of reviews. All why risking getting caught and shut down. Not very plausible when you consider the expense, accounts needed, risks and so forth. Some may try it, but doubtful on big scales.
